I'm cofounder of Sawhorse Media where I launched the Shorty Awards—the Oscars for social media—along with Muck Rack, Venture Maven, Listorious and Shoutworthy.

Previously, I started a software company that develops customized content management systems for high profile clients including Xerox PARC, Harvard, Council on Foreign Relations, Ruder Finn, and J&J.

I also devote a lot of time to taking photographs.
